- Rentals are available Sun-Thurs, as rentals are scheduled in light of our upcoming show schedule.
- We prefer to correspond via email so that all details are on the same thread, in one place for both parties to refer back to.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
- Please be advised—-food is NOT PERMITTED in main hall for any reason. The adjoining room to the balcony—should the balcony be purchased in full, is suitable for consumption of food within, via caterer at renter’s separate expense, if so desired.
Process of Rental Application
- If interested in renting, read FYIs regarding rentals on website
- Serious inquiries, please email: email@example.com
- Once email has been sent–speak with Katelyn R. Begley regarding your proposed event
- These details will be considered & forwarded to the appropriate parties for further discussion, staffing inquiries, and the preparation of a quote for any services needed beyond the facility rental alone (ex: AV, Bartending, etc.)
- Once an internal quote for additional services has been received, an invoice will be sent via email to the contact person for the rental in question.
- Please review, sign, date, scan and return invoice via email.
- Once received, contract will be drawn up and sent out via email.
- Review, sign, date, scan and return contract signature page via email.
- Once under contract, remit payment in full within 15 days, via check, payable to ‘GPPAC’.
- Once check is received, rental booking process is complete! We look forward to working with you!!
